naturally.

June 19, 2012

here’s the deal:

i just wrote you a looooong blog post.

and at the very last photo i accidentally uploaded the wrong one.

so i deleted it.

along with the entire post.

??????

so, this is my summarization:

we are in copper mountain, at 9712 feet elevation.

we are finding nature to be very healing and restorative

(especially right at this moment…).

it is beautiful here.

today we hiked six miles up to vail pass summit,

a climb of about 1000 feet.

tomorrow we will bike to the summit.

fire danger is ‘extreme’,

but we are not affected by the high park fire like we are at home.

and driving out of town i felt like i was parting a suffocating mist.)

may just like it better this way.

in fact, feel free to make up your own.

and yes, i do miss the horses, but according to these text messages

which came in i have left them in good hands:

and here is a gratuitous photo just because i can.

i think technology owes me one right about now…

life is good.

xx
