baby love

May 18, 2012

sometimes i feel like i need to use my time more wisely.

and sometimes i feel like i need to redefine ‘wisely’.

the best times are when my time has been wisely spent,

no matter how you define it.

today was such a day.

i went up to the irish rose farm to see the babies.

i played with meadbh.

and with cormac mac airt.

i loved every minute of it.

if you ever need a little attitude adjustment,

spend some time in the company of baby animals.

their antics will remind you of what it means to play.

to be inquisitive and have a sense of wonder.

and how great it is to meet up with friends.

and if you need an even better excuse to spend time

in the company of baby animals,

the irish rose farm is having an open house this weekend:

Meet the Gypsy Horses

and England.  Stay for a little refreshment

and conversation.
